Shipping Policy

We agree to ship within 3 - 4 business days of your purchase. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.

  • Standard U.S. Ground: 1 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days)
  • Three Day Select U.S.:  3 business days after shipping - gauranteed
  • Two-Day U.S.: 2 business days after shipping - gauranteed
  • One-Day U.S.: 1 business day after shipping- gauranteed
  • International Standard: 3 to 6 weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays)
  • International Expedited: 3 to 7 business days
Standard shipping times are not guaranteed and the actual performance varies some times.

Returns Policy

Our return policy is simple.


None Returnable Goods

Any defected item you receive from our company you will have to Report to us immediately after receipt for an even exchange only.

All Cast Iron Cookware We cannot take responsibility for damage during transit, We package them well, We inspect the contents before we ship it, if they arrive damaged it could only be claimed from UPS. Fedex or other Carrier

Any Large Quantity orders, or any special orders, Embroidered Goods Can not be returned

All other items Within 20 days of receipt of your order, you may return:

Any item in its original condition. All paper work has to accompany your return and the box must be in brand-new condition. Any return that does not meet these conditions will simply be returned to buyer. Items returned after 20 days are subject to a 15%+ restocking fee.

Shipping Procedure

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip, and wrap the package securely. Ship it to the address given by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. and all returns must be prepaid postage, If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the address given by us.

Shipping charges: We have our shipping system integrated with the current UPS charges depending on weight and location, which covers just about the charges of the shipping, Any order that is cancelled after the order has shipped from our warehouse, or orders returned to us we cannot refund the shipping charges,

Authorization Number:You must e-mail us at returns@texsport.net for a return authorization number and for the address to be shipped.
Important: No items will be accepted without an authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the box.

Note: All Tents & Screen Houses have a Manufacturer Warrantee Up to 3 Years, And most other items are backed by the Manufacturer 1 year limited warranty, So if you have any problem with your item after the 30 Days you should call the manufacturer customer service division at 1800-231-1402, Our Retail customer service will not be able to help you.
